Thank you very much for choosing Ewares products or services. Generally, our products are entitled to a warranty period of twelve months from the date of purchase in accordance with the Warranty Policy as listed below.
To provide better customer service, customers will be invited to join our Maintenance service after the warranty period / Defect Liability Period for both products and system. By joining this scheme they can enjoy complete support by our dedicated professional team at a reasonable cost.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Please keep and present product warranty card together with official purchase invoice to our staff for inspection during warranty period.
For one year from the date of purchase, Eware will repair this product free of charge if defective in material or workmanship, parts and labour included, while consumable parts such as battery, power supply etc.excluded.
This warranty scheme is invalid in the following cases:
1. The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident or natural calamities.
2. The product has been altered or repaired by parties not authorized by Eware.
3. The serial number has been altered, effaced or removed.
Eware shall not be liable for any claim that may occur for any loss of business or profit or other consequential loss arising due to the malfunctioning of this product.
This warranty is valid in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.
